By accessing or signing up for Stock-Spy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Account Ethics & Anti-Reselling Policy

Accounts registered on Stock-Spy are strictly for individual, personal, and single-user use. You agree to use the software ethically and solely for your own dropshipping activities.

Strict Enforcement: Sharing account credentials, distributing internal data feeds, or attempting to resell your account to third parties (especially at a lower price point) is strictly prohibited. The provider reserves the absolute right to instantly terminate your service without notice and without refund if any reselling or credential-sharing activity is detected.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

Stock-Spy operates as a tracking and scraping client hosted on third-party servers. We strive to maintain continuous service; however, the provider is not liable for:

• Any server downtime, hosting interruptions, or network failures on which the application is running.
• Financial or business decisions made by the user based on the stock tracker output.
• Issues, account blocks, or restrictions caused by the user's interaction with third-party sites or suppliers.

4. Acceptable Scraper Usage

You agree not to bypass, reverse engineer, or exploit the background scraper routines, APIs, or database queries. Any automated attempt to extract data from Stock-Spy beyond the built-in CSV export tool will result in permanent suspension.

We only collect data necessary to provide and secure the stock tracking service. This includes your registration email, encrypted credentials to login to the supplier portal for scraping tasks, and logs of your dashboard activities for administrative auditing.

2. Data Security & Protection Guarantee

We take security seriously. Your credentials and user data are encrypted and securely stored. We guarantee that your private information, scraped products, and credentials will never be shared, sold, or misused by the company or any third parties.

3. Stock Tracker & Winning Product Disclaimer

Important Disclaimer: While Stock-Spy tracks raw stock data accurately, the software does not guarantee that a product showing high sales velocity will be a "winning product" or guarantee any financial success. Product sales are subject to external marketing, competition, and general market conditions.

Furthermore, supplier inventory levels fluctuate based on factors outside our control. Suppliers may manually clear, restock, or remove bulk items, which will be captured as stock changes by the system. Stock-Spy merely reports these changes and does not dictate supplier behaviors.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Stock-Spy and the immediate resource allocation (such as database storage, API access, and automated scraper tasks) provided upon account activation, **we enforce a strict no-refund policy under any circumstances**.

All tool features, capabilities, and pricing are clearly documented and displayed on our landing page. Users are advised to review the features and buy the membership at their own discretion.

2. Service Terms

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are paying for access to the software as-is. In the event of subscription cancellation, you will continue to have access to the tracking dashboard until the end of your billing cycle, and no further billing cycles will be charged.
